Time-of-use metering is your utility's willingness to buy back any extra daytime electricity production, coupled with the utility's willingness to pay a premium rate for that daytime production. Time-of-use metering has nothing to do with the lease being a Solar Universe lease, so it's not a reason to select one lease company over another.
